Somatic Mental Health Counseling
Therapy is like unfolding a map of your life. Together, we’ll trace where you’ve been, where you are now, and discover the pathways that lead toward where you long to go. When we meet our past with compassion and curiosity, even the painful parts can become the ground for growth, resilience, and deeper connection. If you find yourself overwhelmed by stress, tangled in emotion or relationship, or simply tired in a way you can’t explain — that’s often your body speaking, asking for attention and care. Our bodies remember what our minds forget. As we tend to what’s been held inside, space begins to open for balance, ease, and clarity. Change in the body creates change in the self — each breath, sensation, and movement is a doorway to possibility. I am a Somatic Experiencing® and BASE (Bodywork and Somatic Education) practitioner. My work is rooted in somatics, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and parts work. In our sessions, we’ll listen to the wisdom of your body, your emotions, and your stories within a space that feels safe, attuned, and alive. My hope is that our work together feels healing, expansive — and sometimes, even joyful.
